- Recruit, hire and train staff

-Equip and empower staff to engage coaches and athletes with the gospel and make disciples.

- Raise awareness of the ministry in unstaffed areas , communicating with churches and businesses

- Raise funds to provide staff with resources and tools for effective ministry.

-Hiring coaches.

-Working with Booster club

-Foster a Christ-like atmosphere in athletics with students, coaches and parents.

-Establishing core values that are on display in participants, coaches and parents.

-Recruit, hire and train area reps.

-Lead Board of Directors

-Recruit and lead volunteers to support staff
