Under the guidance of the front office, was tasked with investigating various programs that enhance velocity and athleticism. Following months of investigation from various sources, began a trial program. The program included the introduction of a weighted ball program in coordination with a high intensity strength and conditioning program. The results of the program were positive and aided in the organizations acceptance of future programming.

Communicate with Medical and Strength and Conditioning to determine what type of throwing program and or plyo routine each individual pitcher required. Educate and introduce plyo ball routines for all pitchers within the system based on their own specific needs. Educate all pitching coaches in the system to the pitchers individual throwing and plyo routines. Continually investigate new programs and practices outside of professional baseball.
