As a Materials Expeditor, I route and expedite the movement of engine parts, end items, supplies, and materials.
I accomplish item identification, condition and acceptability determination, and distribution on a wide variety of items in a receiving or storage function.

I coordinate between DLA, Constraint Team, Kitting, and Tailbin to ensure all rapid improvement events, initiatives and proposed solutions for FOM kits and 100% items are directly aligned with AF, AFMC, and OC-ALC operational and strategic goals.
I analyze, fix, and implement Aircraft Material, Planning and Process issues to support all KC-135 FOM kits and 100% items scheduled and maintained the calendar flow of the KC-135 Aircraft sustainable.
I work under extremely complex conditions, requiring a thorough knowledge of mechanical and aerospace systems design, mathematics, test and measurement techniques, manufacturing and production methods, engineering drafting principles, methods and techniques and a high degree of personal initiative and resourcefulness.
I am assigned projects that deal with primary airframe structural components to include, but not limited to: honeycomb panels, struts, brackets, forgings and castings, windshields, composite radomes, gas turbine engines coolers and filters, airframe cowling, fasteners, doors, hydraulic and pneumatic tubing and associated valves and actuators for the KC-135 aircraft.
I provide guidance to lower grade technicians concerning the above duties.

I assist and have expert knowledge in processing A Condition Turn-ins, Due In For Maintenance parts (DIFM) to ensure the parts return to DLA's inventory.
