  • Started all Generative A.I. initiatives at the company.
  • Built and deployed "TreeGPT," a multi-modal internal web application with full RAG architecture, vector database, internal training data, custom personas, API integrations, just to name a few.
  • Evaluated, ran a Proof-of-Concept, and successfully Microsoft Copilot across our internal IT infrastructure stack as an early adopter, well before it was released into GA.
  • Started the A.I. Leadership Committee; a group of leaders across the business that met to evaluate use-cases, propose new ideas, discuss challenges, and create different strategies to propel the enterprise forward utilizing A.I.
  • Worked directly with the CISO to create an "A.I. Risk Mitigation" framework, based on NIST's AI RMF and other industry best practices.
  • Worked directly with the Head of Legal, as well as outside counsel, to develop A.I. policies and processes.
  • Collaborated with LOBs across the organization to better understand where some of the challenges they face were and how A.I. could potentially help solve them.
  • Led multiple training sessions, from small groups to most of the organization, to help bridge the gap between common misassumptions about generative A.I. vs what it actually is, prompt engineering, architecture, risks, use-cases, and best practices.
