Responsibilities included helping with event setup and cleanup, checking in athletes and volunteers, directing participants to the correct locations, distributing awards, and providing support to athletes and event staff throughout the day. As a volunteer youth football coach, I helped lead practices and taught players the fundamentals of football, including basic skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship. My responsibilities included setting up drills, assisting with warm-ups, demonstrating techniques, encouraging players, and helping coaches keep practices organized and safe. This experience strengthened my leadership, communication, and teamwork skills while giving me the opportunity to positively impact young athletes in a supportive environment.
