- Coordinate game/match and practice schedules of Varsity and sub-varsity teams with Head Coaches
- Monitor and assess effectiveness of Head Coaches and team staff members
- Build relationships with members of school community/families by overseeing and managing Athletic Association Booster Club-membership has tripled in size since September 2020
- Maintain communication with parents and student-athletes to ensure their eligibility
- Coordinate and supervise all on-campus sporting events
- Inspect athletic facilities and equipment to maintain high standards/quality to ensure that school’s student-athletes are participating with health and safety as priority

- Brought student-athlete study hall to Chaminade-Madonna to help struggling student-athletes raise grade point averages and maintain athletic eligibility
- Utilize Arbiter Pay for effective/efficient payment of game officials/referees/security/workers
- Build relationships with outside vendors as well as opposing schools’ Athletic staff to ensure that school maintains good reputation
- Work with Advancement Department to market school’s athletic accomplishments and build community relations
- Work with Finance Department to utilize online ticketing platform (GoFan.co) to yield higher sales and effective ticketing process for spectators
- Oversee that all members of coaching staff have successfully completed mandatory yearly FHSAA/NFHS coaching certifications
- Coordinate all travel plans and itinerary for all teams traveling on road trips/overnight games
- Interview prospective candidates to fill coaching vacancies; select candidates that are best fit to lead individual teams
- Serve as Athletic Summer Camp Coordinator (seven camps in total throughout summer)
- Attendance at CMCP Summer camps have grown by over 100% from Summer 2021 to Summer 2023
- Work with Advancement Department to promote summer camps and ensure that each is near capacity
- Summer camp enrollment has doubled since Summer 2021
- Maintain and oversee $750,000 (plus) Athletic Budget that is presented by Chief Financial Officer
- Suggest and make changes to Athletic Budget based upon needs of school and trends within Athletic Department
- Coordinate with Head of School, Chief Financial Officer and Director of Facilities and serve as school liaison for on campus building projects involving Athletic facilities—projects that have been completed/are currently in progress include: repainting/finish gym floor (completed in June 2021), Oversaw construction of two beach volleyball courts on campus (completed August 2022), Install turf halos around home plate of baseball and softball fields (January 2023), Install press box and football locker room (expected completion December 2023), New lighting system in gymnasium (May 2023), Installation of covered bleachers on softball field (July 2023), Installation of press box on game field (January 2024)
