- Utilize advanced office automation tools to produce complex documents, including spreadsheets, databases, and graphic-enhanced reports.
- Manage four warehouses containing over 10,000 stock items, including classified and hazardous materials; ensure proper storage, inventory validation, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain and prepare MRSP kits to support 302 AW readiness; conduct joint inventories with deploying units and complete AF Form 1991 documentation for kit deployment and return.
- Distribute guideline updates and training materials; electronically track and maintain receipts for audit and reference purposes.
- Foster cooperative relationships with team members, storage depots, and operating officials to ensure seamless logistics support and customer service.
- Supervised and led a team of two personnel, providing guidance, task delegation, and performance oversight to ensure timely and accurate completion of assignments.
