I started working on farm equipment with my grandfather when i was around six years old. We had three family houses that were heated by wood furnaces and we would cut firewood in the summer, starting from cutting trees down in the woods, pulling the out to the field with the tractors, cutting the wood and hauling the wood to the three houses. I helped fix all of the equipment when it would break. I believe this gave me a great start to my technical and problem solving background. I have always been eager and determined to figure out any type of problem. It has been my life mission to be the best i can be at any given task. I started in the automotive industry and switched to the equipment industry because I felt I needed a change, knowing that I had limited experience with equipment, I was determined to give my best effort in learning the equipment industry. I have worked directly with The Kubota Tractor Corporation for eight years and feel that I understand the way Kubota operates and the values Kubota strives for. I started as a setup tech and worked my way to become the service manager through hard work and dedication.
