  • Used VitalSource systems including VerbaCollect, VerbaConnect, and VerbaManage to approve textbook adoption requests for faculty.
  • Used NetSuite to import and work adoptions, and to add new textbooks and e-books to database.
  • Created Purchase Orders for ordering physical textbooks and then contacted publishers to place order and obtain correct pricing to input into NetSuite.
  • Assisted faculty and students with general questions about the textbook rental program, linking adopted e-books through ASULearn, setting up courseware material, and processing opt-out requests for the rental program. These would be done through email, over the phone, in person, or through the Jira ticketing system.
