Other skills I've obtained include being very knowledgeable in whatever it is that I'm doing. I'm an easy person to communicate with, and I can be very adaptable in various situations. - Started out slowly, finding the right crew and obtaining various skills for the various jobs still pretty new and learning new things.
- I've installed structural steel beams and columns safely at various job sites.
- Maintained tools and equipment in good working condition to ensure safety standards.
- Followed safety regulations consistently while performing tasks on-site daily.
- Loaded and unloaded trucks with tools and supplies needed for job sites.
- Worked closely with structural ironworkers, ornamental Ironworkers, riggers and machinery movers, enabling clear and safe cross-functional operations.
- Drilled holes in metal for bolting or riveting components together.
- Not much, and I am still learning new skills every day.

- Started as a tire technician, changing and repairing tires for a variety of vehicles, double checking my work for safety purposes
- After so long of being a tire technician, I gained the position of being a Crew Chief
- As Crew Chief, I read paperwork to see what service needed to be done to the vehicle
- After reading through the paper work I pulled the vehicle into the bay.
- Depending on what needed to be done I gathered all the materials whether it was wheels, tires, rotation and balance or tire repairs, or just any miscellaneous request, I got the vehicle prepared for each service.
- Quickly obtained the position of Service Coordinator
- My responsibility as a Service Coordinator was to Watch over and maintain a portion of the shop.
- I also set up paperwork for the tire technicians and made sure Crew Chief was aware of what service to do to the vehicles
- Before pulling the vehicles out of the bay, I would check over the vehicle and make sure everyone did their job properly, then pull the vehicle out to the customer.
- At Discount Tire safety was our main concern
