Educational Philosophy: I believe my role as a coach and teacher is to develop quality human beings by creating a positive culture of mutual respect, integrity and growth. Teaching life skills of work ethic, teamwork, time management, and character is an integral role in my daily approach.

• Head Girls Basketball Coach, La Pryor High, 2021-2022, PE and Health, Improved program record and led Volleyball program to playoffs and Track to the regional meet. Changed schools due to location and danger at the border
• Head Girls Basketball Coach, Princeton High School, 2017-2019, PE and Health, District Champion Runners Up and Area Finalist in 2018, Team was performing well in 2019 before losing 3 starters to injury. Stepped away from education in order to pursue career in private sector/Real Estate
• Head Girls Basketball Coach, Frisco Centennial High School, 2016-2017, 9-12 PE, Improved a depleted program in overall numbers/record at all levels. Due to divorce had to remove TRS funds to pursue custody of my sons.

Moved to DFW for my terminally ill father and to be close to my son in Plano, Tx

• Head Girls Basketball Coach, Hughes Springs ISD, 2006-2007, 8th Grade Science, State Semi-finalist in Basketball (30-6 record), State qualifier for Cross Country team, 8th Grade Team won District Championship. Changed schools due to aspirations to coach in larger growth district near metroplex area
• Head Girls Basketball Coach, Little Cypress Mauriceville ISD, 2005-2006, 9-12 IPC and Chemistry, Improved program from 6 wins to 35 wins in 1 yr, TAKS Scores were top 85% Science. Changed schools due to Hurricane and family desire to live near family in North East Texas area
• Head Girls Basketball Coach, McLean ISD, 2004-2005, English, Creative Writing, Counseling, Regional Qualifier in Cross Country, 15-2 District Champions in 8th Grade Basketball. Changed schools to move closer to family in East Texas and for 4A Head Coaching opportunity.
