I've run Track for 3 years, and I currently run Track for Howard Community College

I was team captain in the last 2 years of my high school track career.

I was a state runner-up during the indoor season.

I won 3 bronze medals, one silver and 1 Gold.

I was also an All-county Champion athlete and a 2x all-American.

I go to the gym 6-7 a week after practice, even if there is no practice.
