• Operate bakery equipment like the big oven and proofed

• Help organize the freezer (sometimes help with inventory)
• Help take bakery product to the sales floor
• Pre-set all bakery goods onto racks in organized fashion to set in the giant fridge overnight for the next day
• Make donuts and place them onto bakery sales floor
• Fill and order bread onto the bread wall
• Remove expired items from the bakery sales floor (including bread wall)
• Scan expired items to send to donation or discount rack
• Customer service (from helping the customer find items, to taking cake orders)
• Package/label other bakery goods and take them to the bakery sales floor
• Clean the bakery floors, counters, and dishes
• Bag groceries for customers
• Bring in carts from outside
• Clean the registers
• Sweep the floors (hourly sweep schedule)
• Customer Service (from helping the customer find items, to helping customers take groceries to car)
• Replace receipt paper
• Take “go-backs” to proper place
• Clean the bathrooms
