Minor League Equipment Manager

  • Lead day to day operations of Spring Training, Extended Spring Training, Florida Complex League, and Instructional League.
  • Responsible for all equipment orders for the Minnesota Twins minor league affiliates including AAA, AA, A+, A, FCL, and DSL.
  • Provide uniforms for 160 players and 30 on field staff members.
  • Design equipment with Twins logos for on field use.
  • Upgrade to newer trends to make day to day operations easier for coaches and staff.
  • Oversee multiple budgets making sure invoices get coded correctly.
  • Shipping equipment to players who have left for their affiliate.
  • Oversee and train a staff of employees during Spring Training.
  • Work close with coordinators for any orders regarding training tools.
  • Laundry and cleaning operations daily.
