Answer line calls and perform routine maintenance on machines, including pm's, maximizing performance on production lines by implementing new procedures and working with machine attendants on fixing issues that have been wrote up as defect tags and creating a set amount of projects yearly to improve line performance. Working with Keyence vision systems to ensure we meet the quality standard on our products and working with Fanuc and ABB automation in the assembly and packaging of our products.

Performed duties of running multiple production lines such as maintaining lines and doing basic equipment care, doing minor maintenance tasks, performing daily ACD checks on equipment to verify finished goods were meeting quality standards, performed quality inspections thru SCOOP and submitted finished goods for quality inspection on production runs and filled out and submitted corresponding paperwork with each order.

Pulled and set molds in plastic extruder hydraulic presses based off of production demands, installed and performed maintenance on necessary equipment needed to run production such as conveyors, thermolaters, heat box controllers, Sepro and Fanuc automation robots, colorant pumps and assembly equipment. Also made processing changes to process of extrusion when needed to produce quality products or maximize production and also performed First Article Inspections at the start of every new order to verify product was meeting quality standards.
