  • Assist with engine overhaul planning for 2,500+ caterpillar assets to include scope management, parts planning and execution.
  • Facilitate failure analysis of engines to determine root causes. Engage Caterpillar dealers and internal engineering resources to review material issues, workmanship, and failure modes.
  • Support 66 assets which are remote monitored 24/7 by Caterpillar CORE Team. Review alarms and indicators and provide analysis to prevent engine failure before occurring.

  • Managed a $10M expansion for bulk chemical storage to increase product throughput. Included new river dock lines, two 25K BBL tank additions, rail loading modifications, automated truck loading, and 3K barrels/month of drumming operations.
  • Converted 35,000 BBL storage tank into chemical service. Designed, selected, and managed installation of pump and piping system, overfill protection, vapor recovery, heat and insulation systems, and truck/rail loading controls integration.
  • Procured and installed a truck scale with personnel fall protection for automated loading of MDI product from tank to truck.
  • Oversaw design of a new 700 foot rail spur from mainline into terminal along with associated loading personnel fall protection equipment to increase rail throughput.
