• Perform Generator alignments and Coupler installations.
• Testing of all Arc Flash Sensors and Smoke Detector sensors.
• Installation of Trafo Room locks and Transformer cabinet locks, installation of Wind Turbine entrance door locks and handles
• Perform yaw claw repairs and inspect torque specifications on all yaw claws in the wind turbine to insure undamaged yaw ring.
• Trafo Room inspections to insure the transformer will perform efficiently as intended. This includes bolt inspection, wire damage inspection, wire installation inspection, arc flash sensor positioning, tools and debris clean up, proper lock installation inspection.
• Perform Pre and Full Commissioning of Vestas Wind Turbines by using all tools and checklist provided.
• Hub & Nacelle Prep along with leak check, to insure that all hydraulic functions are performing as intended and are in no danger of leaking or causing damage to wind turbine. Checking of gearbox oil to insure that the oil in use is still formidable for usage.
• Troubleshoot turbines using laptops provided by the site management to help stabilize and amend any technical or mechanical problems within the turbine.
• Checked electrical components of wind systems with voltage testers, multimeters, oscilloscopes, infrared testers and other devices to ensure equipment worked correctly.
• Analyzed blueprints and schematic diagrams to determine tools and parts needed to keep equipment operating at peak levels.
• Repaired various systems by restoring electrical, mechanical and hydraulic functions.

• Inspect all Gearboxes to make sure they are undamaged, cleaned, filled with gear oil to sufficient level, check all bolts to insure torque specifications.
• Organize and lube bolt kits for all blade swaps being performed on site.
• Tagline blades and gearboxes being removed and replaced.
• Help in the recovery of all old equipment that was removed from wind turbines.
• Maintained tool and spare part inventories to assist repair, installation and replacement services.
