Led multiple Local Control training crews that got 5 trainees rated. Trained an additional 4 trainees that received ratings. Directed and oversaw the development of a new simulator at Beale AFB through the Air Force's new ATSpeak contract. Established and controlled multiple landing zones while coordinating and communicating with other ATC agencies. Oversaw nearly 30 emergency flight operations, including 1 at a landing zone. Controlled complex air traffic in a unique Class C airspace. Managed a diverse range of aircraft types, such as small general aviation planes, U2's, T38's, and KC-135's. Utilized STARS, CTRD's, TAS, AFFAS', and FDIO's to automate functions when able. Performed Clearance Delivery, Flight Data, Ground Control, Local Control, and Coordinator positions. Worked with Northern California TRACON to establish a new LOA for Beale's Stereo Routes.
