• Perform troubleshooting, inspections, maintenance and repair procedures (scheduled and unscheduled) on Pratt and Whitney F100-220 turbo-fan jet engine and F-15 C-D aircraft secondary power adhering to prescribed technical order procedures
• Maintain and perform scheduled inspections on equipment, tools, building structure in engine shop
• Requisition and turn in of engine parts, components and supplies
• Replace and repair defective, worn, or damaged components using gauges, hand tools, and testing equipment
• Perform ground run operations in uninstalled and installed high power engine runs
• Track, document and schedule engine maintenance using applicable MIS
• Ensure tooling/equipment levels accurately reflect mission requirements
• Generate subordinate EPB reports utilizing MyEval
• Disassemble and assemble Pratt and Whitney F100-220 and -229 engines adhering to prescribed technical order procedures
• Perform borescope inspections, including special inspections, on all newly inducted engines
• Inspect, maintain, modify, and repair Pratt and Whitney F100-220/229 engines
• Perform daily function of identifying and ordering engine parts and supplies
• Replace and repair defective, worn, or damaged components using gauges, hand tools, and testing equipment
• Assist in high-power uninstalled engine run
