The last 13 years I have been a Tech, employed with Katmai Government Services. I am extremely dependable and all my work has been completed on time and professionally while maintaining a high level of quality. Work History
Electronics Technician I
6 Years 10 Months- Helped site manager coordinate hazardous material containment and removal according to Base order. EX Lead contaminated Sacon, Lead Contaminated E2S2 Panels, Pressure treated wood, Lead acid,lithium Battery recycling, Inert and flammable gas.
- Assisted with lead removal at Irvine FBI riffle range
- Coordinated Oil, Antifreeze, removal for various systems on base. Generators. equipment, and trainers.
- Documented MSDS technical specifications and records for compliance and reference at 22 area warehouse.
- Collaborated with engineering teams to enhance electronic system performance and reliability.
- Trained junior technicians on safety protocols, procedures, and equipment handling techniques.
- Implemented process improvements that increased efficiency in electronic repairs and diagnostics.
- Fixed circuit boards and wire harness problems using schematics, wiring diagrams, and testing instruments.
- Troubleshot and resolved equipment failures to reduce operational disruption.
Electrical Technician 2
5 Years 10 Months- Jonny Nunez Program Manager. My Duties are Maintenance for all Pneumatic Pistol Ranges, Live Fire Ranges, HEAT & MET Trainers, SAAB, BADGER, LaRUE, XO2, MK19 and ITESS Operations. Knowledge of all Audio Systems at Camp Pendleton. My position includes working on Air Compressors, air control valves, air-cylinders, all wiring and remote Bluetooth controllers. Program all scenarios for training at the live fire pistol ranges. Maintenance for all pit and artillery simulators. Repair of fiber optics and cat 5 as well as 12v, 24v, 110v, and 240v systems.
Welding and Maintenance
3 Years- Les Wheeler Site Manager Welder, fabricator and head controller of Heat and Met trainers for all maintenance. I held many positions such as general manager for IED lanes and Sacon. I had to coordinate the removal of all contaminated soils and lead contaminated Sacon. Also transport of compressed air Inert and flammable gas cylinders. I excelled at many tasks, continually challenging my skills, while succeeding for Proactive. I maintained and repaired equipment, Trailers, Vehicles, Roads, sound systems, water drainage systems and burn maintenance. I built all targets and brackets for live fire ranges, mount towns and combat towns within Camp Pendleton.
Project Manager
2 Years- Anthony Lopicillo Owner I held many positions in plumbing, electrical and project management. I had to comply with all state and local hazmat regulations, I was in charge of all contaminated waste removal and lead testing for work sites. I was promoted to management of projects for all construction sites. I managed work crews and monitored progress from demolition to finish. I ensured projects were completed in a timely manner, while maintaining a high level of quality to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Shop Manager & Installer
3 Years- Shop manager in charge of all waste oils and antifreeze from jobs to comply with state and local regulations. Mechanic, welder, fabrication, customer service and sales. I have installed suspension lifts, lowering kits, and everything sold within the company. We also built custom turn key sand rails from start to finish for hobbyist and showroom quality projects. As well as Quality control on all vehicles that were built before the customer received their vehicles.
Fabricator
4 Years- Fabricator, welder and electrical wiring on 12V automotive systems. Projects I worked on included ground up restorations and custom suspension systems. We built many SEMA projects, custom cars and trucks.

I was a Fire Department Explorer 1995-1998. Learned all aspects of Fire Science, Fire Fighting, Hazmat situations and containment and disaster planning. Medical training.
Volunteer Fire Fighter 1998-1999.
Volunteer for War Fighter Made out of Temecula for active duty and disabled veterans.
