Changed oil on customer vehicles, working into a role as an apprentice and expanding the scope of my responsibilities . As T-TEN concluded, worked as a line technician until my departure from the dealership.

Explored the world of performance and custom fabrication. Modified customer vehicles to meet their needs. When performance work was not available performed used car inspections. Custom work including but not limited to:

•4x4 modifications

•Custom wire harnesses

•Exhaust work

•Gauge and turbo part installs

I returned to Toyota and filled the role of the express team lead during the roll out of the advanced program. My roles were:

•Inspect, upsell, and perform work from express vehicles

•Manage communication between ASM’s and express teams

•Assign daily housekeeping duties and ensure bays were clean and presentable

•Dispatch and manage excess work when beyond normal capacity

Moved back into a repair role as one became available after performing express team lead duties. Assumed the role of a repair team lead in February 2016 and I maintain that role to the present. Duties include but not limited to:

•Dispatch work among my 5 man team

•Test drive with customers

•Coordinate with ASM’s and assist when questions arise relating to my team.

•Assist my team members with difficult diagnosis or repairs

•Communicate with management any issues arising as a result of our day to day duties.

•Help other teams as needed to maximize efficiency
