• 125 bed Sub-Acute Long Term Care Facility. averaged over 60 admissions per month., completed facility renovation, reduced staff turnover by 50%, improved resident satisfaction surveys, introduced new clinical capabilities, strong Medicare and Managed Care census.

• 60 bed SNF-70 bed Assisted Living and Memory Care Center, maintained an excellent census, excellent state licensure surveys, planning and oversaw construction of 20 additional nursing home beds, extensive customer service training, excellent Resident and Family relations.

Managed a 116 bed Assisted Living Center and had campus responsibilities for oversight of a 130 bed low income apartment complex and 2 Assisted Living Centers in addition to my responsibilities for the Nursing Center. Excellent state licensure surveys, increased payor mix and overall census, started an in-house Adult Day Care Center, excellent financial results, responsible for all Department Heads including; Director of Nursing, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Laundry, Business Office, HR, Grounds, Admissions, Social Services, Nursing, HUD surveys, Customer Service and Marketing.
