Projects have been designed around existing on-site retaining walls and new walls as required. Sites have been permitted in 17 different locations in over 11 different states.

• Renovation and redevelopment of a community center building and outdoor pool. Prepared demolition plans, site designs for grading and paving, utility layout, PCSMP, SWPPP. Established initial lines of communication and coordination with project architect and other sub-consultants to meet project goals and schedule. Worked to maintain a smooth process amongst team members when the process become political.

• New transitional living building near the Missouri River with an accelerated schedule. Prepared site details and plans in advance to guarantee completion in 120 days from the time our client signed their contract with the federal government
