I'm a strong worker in so many areas given my many years in the workforce. I understand that punctuality is necessary in the workforce as there are others relying on you to show up and do your share of the required tasks for the day. Having the dedication to your place of work is always necessary as it shows that you care and through that dedication you can produce better work and results. I understand how to work with people from many different areas and backgrounds and as such I know how to foster a positive work environment with those around me. I'm well trained in time management given my experience as a server; the ability to balance many tasks and prioritize them in real-time is well honed.
