Accomplishments

1993 -2024 Starting with Hurricane Charlie was responsible for recovery from all natural disasters. This included all clearing, building renovation, and code compliance. As well as, managing all the contractors, sub contractors, insurance. 21 acres 11 buildings. Communication and negotiation key skill.


2024 Matt Hall Home Services was started. The mission was for Project Management/Owners Rep., Home Watch and light repair. The largest project to date was as the Owner's Rep. with completion of a home lift, including renovation of interior, saving as much existing infrastructure as possible, to reduce costs. This project is on Laika lane.
