- I was integral in the completion of a 77k sq. ft. build out that came in under budget.
- Created a preventative maintenance schedule that included the entire scope of the building.
- Overhauled our entire snack program with an end result of 5-7k dollars of savings per month. Also, negotiated with vendors to get top of the line coffee machines at no cost to us.
- Completed multiple building projects that include: the Awardco showroom, Awardco mobile marketplace, and the "A-team" wall (I am happy to provide pictures of this).
- I have consistently been able to save the company 50K every year by lowering operating cost without sacrificing quality. This does not count the savings from doing contractor work myself.
- I was given a standing ovation at our 2026 company kick off when I received an award for being the hardest working person in the company.

- I completed a build out of a large on site day care facility. I worked with the company we hired to run the daycare and oversaw the maintenance and daily running of the facility.
- Completed the build out of a cafe including negotiating the contract with the people who ran the day to day.
- I was integral to the negotiations of the leasing of multiple floors of our second building.
- I installed a full size golf simulator (arguably the nicest in utah at the time).
- I developed enough trust with the CEO that he had me do multiple task at his home that included: construction projects, unloading cars, and building furniture.
- I recorded, produced, and mixed a weekly podcast with the CEO and guest.
