• Improved Safety Behavior Index from 14% to 8% unfavorable, and increased Associate Safety Knowledge scores from 65% to 70%.

• Optimized labor planning and VET/VTO strategies, improving TPH from 56.91 to 58.67 between Q1 and Q2 of 2025.
• Enhanced Stow WIP compliance by 15.07% year over year, reaching an 80.65% compliance rate.
• Increased job rotation compliance by 17.96% year-over-year to 86.68%, ranking 7th highest in the Texazona region.

• Developed direct reports through strategic project ownership, including cost management, and reporting initiatives.
