Work History
Rideshare Associate/Team Leader
Foxconn
06.2022 - Current
Helped set up and run the module line for Lordstown motors and helping the startup for Monarch
I've worked mostly with battery packs for both projects but I've recently been working on motor flashing/calibrating, contact resistance, and IR testing
While in California for monarch I took it upon myself with help from Ray Root and his team to learn the battery pack, motor, and GA dept for building the monarch tractor
Also with the help of another employee wrote the work instructions for the traction motor and control box
Helped design and build the battery line, motor line, and reman area in the battery department.
Currently helping rebuild the motor line and the new roof line in the general assembly area
Rideshare Associate
Lordstown Motors Corp
04.2021 - 06.2022
Helped with the start up and the switch to the machinery build for the Lordstown Endurance
Worked with the engineering dept with work instructions and trained the new employees as they came in.
Extrusion Operator
OEM/Miller, Division of ILPEA Industries
11.2020 - 04.2021
Ran multiple machines at a time from start to finish product making window seals and gaskets
Was in trying to become senior operator before I left for Lordstown Motors
Every piece had to be a certain length, form, and weight with using just heat, water, and air for adjustments
I was tasked to get my own material, do hourly checks, package/seal the product, and drive it out to the shipping dock.
Machine Operator/Shift Lead
Great Lakes Cheese
08.2014 - 11.2020
I was on a team to help build programs on an Alpma to cut blocks of cheese into specific measurements and weight
I ran multiple machines depending on where I was needed
Some machines I had to set up and run to cut cheese into slices or bars, and there were other machines that had to be set up to package the cheese
Example: On a shred line the cheese would come down to the shredder and have the correct amount of powder in it so it doesn't stick and then gets sent to a scale to be weighed
Then it is timed correctly to drop into the bag
The bag itself comes on a roll then runs through the machine to be made into the pouches
I was responsible for making sure the knives and dies hit correctly to make a perfect seal, have zipper, the correct amount of gas, and getting the product to fall into the bad on time
I had to keep the line running proficiently while trouble shooting any possible problems.
Team Lead/ Top Gun
RGIS Inventory Specialists
07.2009 - 08.2014
I audited stores all over the state for end of quarter inventory and profit margins
Made sure we had people in the right areas to get in and out of the stores in a timely manner so we didn't interrupt business hours too much
Later moved to ohio for the same company before starting at Great Lakes Cheese.
