CSR (Customer Service Representative)

• Addressed customer inquiries regarding issues, order tracking, and various other concerns in a timely and efficient manner

PM (Project Management)

• Overseeing projects as small as $1,000 up to $1,000,000.
• Responsible for the processing of PO's (Purchase Orders), ensuring they are accurate.
• Responsible for providing tracking reports via Excel and Outlook to provide customers with transparent and accurate project/ order status updates.
• Responsible for handling any unforeseen issues that may arise. Including, damaged/ missing product, shipping and receiving product, and RMA's (Return Material Authorization).

Warehouse Management

• Ensuring the warehouse is clean, and organized.
• Ensuring inventory is accurate and stocked
• Handling any incoming or outgoing shipments, and having proper documentation of shipments.

BOH (Back of house)

• Ensure the customers orders are accurate and presentable.
• Ensure food is fresh, safely maintained, and stocked in the freezer and or on the line.
• Cleanliness of the line, and other work stations.
• Washing dishing.

FOH (Front of house)

• Taking customers orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Knowledge of the menu to help the customer decide.
• Getting customer drink refills before they ask.
• Cleanliness of the lobby and dining areas.

FOH/ BOH Trainer

• Being knowledgeable on both FOH and BOH goals, procedures and order of operations.
• Being able to train/ teach new employees in both FOH or BOH.
• Being adaptable to many personalities.
