  • Created the Ingredient Testing Database which provides an SAP alternative to ingredient inbound testing and improved efficiency. This also includes the Mycotoxin Testing Matrix which contains the dilution ratios for each ingredient and the type of kit.
  • Assisted in the digital transformation of the PDC by implementing new programs such as Sword for inventory, POKA for trainings and documentation, and centralizing processes to achieve an effective workflow.
