  • Directed airfield operations and airfield maintenance activities to ensure the safe and efficient operation of tactical military aircraft, 500+ maintenance personnel, and millions of dollars in aerospace equipment.
  • Spearheaded the aircraft and facility conversion from the F-16 Fighting Falcon to the F-35A Lightning II. Fostered a change positive environment to support $100 Million + in airfield and facility renovations, and the reception of over $2 Billion in advanced fighter aircraft.
  • Single-handedly led numerous operations within the airfield management career field as the lead airfield manager for numerous large force exercises, combat deployments, domestic presidential support missions, and various humanitarian missions. All missions were 100% successful in that all deployed aircraft, personnel, and equipment completed their assigned taskings without mishap.
