  • 3-D and 2-D mechanical drafting and design for HVAC, plumbing, specialized piping and commercial mechanical systems. Creation of preliminary and finalized construction documents. Communicating data and design specifications to the in house sheet metal fabrication shop for final design of the HVAC ductwork. Creation of 3-D plumbing and piping fabrication drawings for assembly of pre-fabricated plumbing and piping systems. Design and drafting of specialized structural components for fabrication and installation purposes. Creation of final field installation drawings for HVAC, plumbing and piping systems. Coordination between the design departments, fabrication shop and field workers to assure a quality finished product. 3-D drafting of complete building structures (typical materials include; steel, pre-cast concrete, poured concrete, wood and wood laminates) for project coordination purposes. Assembling computer rendering of building with all trades for 3-D coordination meetings and final design. On site inspection of the installed mechanical systems to verify our product conforms to building code, and design criteria.
