As the Inter Fraternity Council President at west Chester University I, as well as my board, are actively responsible for the entirety of the male Greek Life population at the University. My council establish bylaws for the chapters in order to ensure that they are functioning at respectable and organized manor. I also organize philanthropy events and book guest speakers whom present to the IFC general body on important and highly relevant topics to our community. my council and I also organize a 2 week per semester recruitment process where all 13 chapters are eligible to recruit new members from the over University general body. This process involves events where large spaces and heavy amounts of coordination between the board is needed in order to run smoothly.

• Developed and implemented new strategies and policies to establish long-term business objectives and provide strong and sustainable organizational leadership.
• Monitored financial performance and implemented measures to enforce compliance with budgetary standards.

I assisted and shadowed Dr. Bassil during his daily routine in the office. My contribution on the clock was to occasionally perform small portions of routine cleanings all the while familiarizing myself with dental equipment.

• Cleaned and sanitized dental tools and equipment, straightened treatment rooms, and restocked supplies to prep for next patient and maintain health and safety practices.
• Sanitized trays, instruments, and surfaces for clean dental office setting and patient safety.
• Successfully assisted dentist by performing four-handed dentistry and other chair-side duties.
• Sterilized rooms and prepped equipment and instruments for [Number] procedures daily.

• Oversaw and lead a brotherhood of 65 college males.
• Operated an Executive Board of 10 members.
• Orchestrated large Philanthropy and Fundraising events some of which held over 500 people.
• Handled confidential and sensitive information with discretion and tact.
• Managed executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments and coordinating travel arrangements to optimize time.
