While in the Army I learned work ethic, how to work as a team, and what you can accomplish with that team when everyone has the same goal. I took that knowledge with me to Advanced Control Panels and it helped work well with new coworkers while also learning and becoming proficient in a lot of new things. Because of this I was tasked with training a couple of new coworkers to help them become proficient as well. Moving down to Florida I became a groundsmen for a tree crew until I got my current job at B&I Contractors. I started as an apprentice doing retrofit installs for commercial buildings and learning everyday. I attended RACCA and graduated at the top of my class after 4 years. I took this knowledge and moved to a service tech position where I try to be as efficient and productive as possible to help the customer meet their needs.
