Matthew Kramer

As an educator at Lavelle, I have played a key role in supporting student success by addressing both academic and social-emotional development. I design and implement engaging, standards-based lessons tailored to diverse learning needs, while also fostering a positive, inclusive classroom environment. Through my work with ICS, I have extended learning beyond the classroom, helping to create meaningful opportunities for students within the community. My approach emphasizes relationship building, consistent support, and a commitment to equity, all of which contribute to the overall growth and achievement of my students.

• Develop and manage a testing calendar in accordance with state and district guidelines.
• Coordinate test administration schedules for NYS ELA, Math, Science, and Regents exams.
• Organize testing locations, room assignments, and seating charts.
• Ensure all testing accommodations are provided for students with IEPs
• Communicate procedures and expectations to staff, students, and families.
• Train proctors and staff on test administration protocols and security requirements.
• Receive, inventory, secure, and distribute testing materials (e.g., booklets, answer sheets, calculators).
• Maintain the integrity and security of all testing materials before, during, and after exams.
• Coordinate return shipping or submission of completed test materials as required.
• Work with support staff to implement testing accommodations.
• Ensure students are aware of testing dates and expectations, and provide reminders or guidance as needed.
