Matthew Kreischer

Currently enrolled at the University of Iowa, majoring in sports management. Plan to pursue a career in business, but because I want to pursue a business career and want to help lead a team. Therefore I will be petitioning into the Tippie School of Business for marketing or entrepreneurship. I am a founding father of my fraternity Alpha Delta Phi at the University of Iowa. Also on the Exact board and the recruitment chair for my fraternity, which have really taught me leadership qualities and how to deal with stressful situations. I played lacrosse all 4 years on my High School career, as well as bowling my senior. I loved the team comradery received from playing sports my whole life. Also, it has really helped implement some important skills and qualities in my life. I have always been told how well of a people person I am. Which is one of the best qualities that you can have as a person because the way you can make relations with people and how you communicate can move you ahead and in the right direction. I also contribute with being a leader and coming up with many ideas. I was always someone in group projects who would take action and help the team plan out everything. helping make sure everyone was situated and ready to work. Also have been involved with the sports programs here at college and have loved being apart of the community and culture that comes with it.
