• Responsible for managing Infra Tech/Tower Climber team.

- Scheduling projects, organizing workload, technical training, refresher safety training, managing time clocks, troubleshooting outages and technical issues, scheduling outage work and night maintenance, interviewing applicants, tower inspections, tower install management and maintenance.

• Responsible for all tower related duties:

Climbing (In excess of 1000 feet)

Installing cabling, antennas, and other equipment

System troubleshooting and diagnostics

Construction and maintenance of towers (including crane work, concrete, guy wires, tensioning/straightening, tower repair, disassembly and decom, etc.)

Splicing and terminating cabling

Grounding and grounding plans

Rigging

Tower lighting maintenance

Certified Comtrain in-house instructor cert

Competent Tower and Rescue

Tech related duties including:

Customer service installation

Network troubleshooting

Client troubleshooting and repairs

Tree falling, cutting, and trimming

Rope work and rigging

Setting up and working with crane

Operating loading tractor

Bucket work (tree cutting as well as arial fiber optic cable installation

Tower construction and maintenance

Tower repair, disassembly, and decom

Tower climbing (Excess of 1000 feet)

Installing cabling, antennas, safety equipment, tower lighting systems, etc.

Antenna diagnostics and troubleshooting

Tower grounding systems and grounding plans

Guy anchor and guy wire installation and maintenance

Close out work

Tower safety inspections

Tower base construction (rebar, concrete, etc.)

Two way radio installation and maintenance

Repeater system install and maintenance
