Summary

I am a moldmaker with over 15 years in the industry. I started learning the basics at 14 years old at Bentonville Plastics Inc in Bentonville, Arkansas and was doing insert changes and setting molds by the age of 15. I moved to the machine shop side of production after graduating highschool in 2013 and turning 18. I acquired valuable experience in machining and mold making both on and off the clock through the last decade of full-time work at Bentonville Mold & Die, which was a sub company owned by Bentonville Plastics Inc. I am almost completely self taught on mastercam and solid works after basic classes were taken when buying the CAD/CAM software. I was hired by Arcane Capitol Partners LLC to move to Johnson Manufacturing Co in Harrison, AR for 6 months to train their personnel on insert changes for the Bentonville product and the basics of mold functions, inspection, troubleshooting, and manual machining. I am now pursuing to help the constant improvement of production, quality, safety, and efficiency at your facility.
