  • Bank deposit drop off was decided to be done at noon time every weekday because the prior GM did not have a proper plan in place to do bank drops. And this made it so the deposit log is filed out correctly and minimizes the potential for a deposit going missing or missing a deposit.
  • Also with the deposit log, it minimized potential of theft.
