Leadership Growth and Development - Directly oversaw the growth and promotion of 4 leaders. Worked with them teaching them how to count money, direct operations, and the theory of leadership.
Leadership Meeting - I lead all of the monthly FOH Leadership meetings. I review the business standing with the team and target specific area of growth to work on in the coming months.

Truck Ordering - Working to order enough supplies to meet the demand and ensure we don't have to travel to borrow product from another store.
Waste Tracking and Management - Waste and Donations were not being track. Using the Dave Ramsey "Every Dollar" principle I worked with the BOH leadership team to develop a system to track all waste and donations. These are being entered on a daily basis on inform and helped us to know how much of food cost gaps are from waste. This tracking has help lead is to a .4-.5 positive food gap over the past three months since this systems implementation the last week of December.
Establish and Track Labor Goals - Meeting goals of $90-$95 productivity on a monthly basis. Doing this through the scheduling of labor but also working with the team to make cuts as needed if sales are not meeting projections.
DT SOS - Dropping DT SOS average from 7 minutes average (pre-transition) to 4 minute average (now.) Retrained team on speed markers, when to call out items, and when to ask for help. This SOS measurement is reflect through the guest opinion through CEM stores. Our CEM is up 9% year versus year on the speed marker. (January 23' - March 23' versus January 24' - March 24')
VSBL - Working the behind the scenes formatting, creating lineup molds, establishing and reworking checklist, and training to leadership team how to utilize this platform.
CEM Scores - Working to elevate the CEM scores. Working to enrich the guest experience but serving quality food, quickly, accurately in a clean and safe environment.
