To focus on a few basic key qualities, working with GTZ for the past 7 years…leadership is a skill set that I’ve learned and am still learning to perfect. Working in the industry where customer satisfaction is a key factor in the company success, it’s good to focus on setting goals with the team to make sure we all work with each other not against each other. Both of the work experiences that I’ve mentioned both allow me to work with people on a daily basis. To where my communication and social skills are always engaged.
