  • Used combination of existing data acquisition and processing knowledge, along with common historic support inquiries, to develop RIEGL USA’s first comprehensive airborne LiDAR training program
  • Functioned as RIEGL USA’s only airborne LiDAR trainer from 2019 to 2022, conducting up to 15 trainings per year
  • Results of this program creation entailed a decrease of 30% of incoming airborne LiDAR support inquiries from 2018 to 2019 and a substantial increase in airborne LiDAR system sales revenue, due to increased customer confidence
