Cribbing is vital when releasing a load onto stands and blocks. Making sure the cribbing is safe to use with no cracks within blocks and safety locks operating correctly on stands and other types of cribbing.
  • Utilizing a hydraulic press and drivers for installing bushings and seals.
  • Cleanliness when performing repairs is major for contamination, any sort of leak or drain any spill should be cleaned immediately. Having a clean work environment like a work bench or truck gate. Ensuring you have a layout of all components and tools will help tremendously when completing any sort of repair or diagnosis.
  • Collaborating with other techs and engineers when diagnosing an issue that cant completely be traced to a singular component within the system. Making this communication is crucial when problems occur i will always ask questions and advice and if my theories are correct or incorrect.

Using an acid for stripping paints and coats off larger items was more effective for stripping, After the metal was washed of all debris and liquids i masked parts off prior to color coating. Utilized forklift to pick up crates and customer items (such as car frames and appliances).
  • Painting/spraying hanging items that were ready for coating on racks and hangers, spray items with the powder coat and transfer from paint booth into the oven.
  • After treating the coats cooldown must take place and wrapping the items/frames in protective films.

For the Past 10 years i have been racing Motocross and it is a true passion and sport, I have a MRAN Championship under my belt From the Big wheel class, MRAN (Motorcycle Racing Association Nevada)

One of my biggest achievements was racing the MINT 400 battling for over 20 hours with hundreds of riders on a team race and some ironman the whole race, For the race i was apart of a 2 person team so we split the race between the both of us being 202 miles for each rider through the nevada desert

Being a mechanic the love has to come from somewhere and that interest for me originally came from highpowered Boats! Growing up in the west as a kid seeing jet boats flyby with a rooster tail on the river always made me smile and as i grew up working on my personal cars for power gains and has become a minor financial set back but its all worth it for smiles!
