Skilled in differentiating instruction to meet the diverse needs of students and supporting their social-emotional development. Committed to ongoing professional development and collaboration with colleagues to enhance student learning outcomes. I have spent time in the classroom working with the teachers to gain experience working with the students. I have been a Scout Master to both boys and girls and did lots of teaching and training during that time. I have had to hold training as a manager in many jobs even though they were much older in age, it’s still a form of teaching. I also come from a family of teachers. I enjoy being around kids and teaching them new things, and what better place than in a classroom where I can teach them lots of things. I feel I would make a great teacher with a joy for teaching.
