● Departmental projects like portfolio review and analysis, operational excellence projects, Voice of Customer (VOC) initiatives etc.

• Prepared and standardized test equipment, test solutions and reagents to enable successful testing completion.
• Monitored consumable laboratory supplies and replenished inventory to enable timely completion of testing activities.
• Developed new analytical techniques and enhanced existing analytical methods to improve testing validity and applicability.
