  • Work hand-in-hand with the sales team to coordinate and facilitate tours, open houses, and community presentations.
  • Coordinate with contractors, developers, and other departmental leadership to ensure facilities and new homes are ready for use and/or sale.
  • Instrumental in the final development and launch of our newly constructed, state of the art, 8,530 sq ft club house.
  • In partnership with marketing, coordinated, planned, and executed two successful Grand Opening celebrations for the club house.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new residents and act as their point-of-contact for all needs of the community and resident relations.
