Roles and Responsibilities:

• Managed multiple overlapping Steam Generator Secondary-Side Services (SGSS) projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with project goals
• Manage the overall product delivery between Westinghouse SGSS and Westinghouse Primary SG Services projects during a customer refueling outage
• Provided input to project offer letters, defining project durations, staffing requirements, and equipment needs for SGSS to optimize project planning
• On-board new SGSS personnel in regards to typical project scope and financial expectations
• Construct and approve field service procedures and equipment maintenance procedures for SGSS

Key Achievements:

• Managed SGSS projects for the first two AP-1000 nuclear plant refueling outages in the U.S. (Vogtle 3 U3R01 and Vogtle 4 U4R01) and completed the projects with lower than expected costs
• Managed multiple outages in a season with no personnel safety issues or significant equipment issues
• Delivered all projects managed at or above the planned profit margins
• Elevated to the role of product manager for Westinghouse SG Secondary and Primary Services at Palo Verde (2025-26)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage/Supervise projects for Steam Generator Secondary-Side Services (SGSS) including sludge lance, SG cover removal and installation, iASCA, and FOSAR inspections
• Monitor and report externally and internally on project budget, schedule, material usage, equipment status, and crew staffing from project start to completion
• Produce technical reports on results of completed projects
• Evaluate internal lessons learned and industry operation experience (OE) to determine ideal methods for achieving group goals

Key Achievements

• Delivered all projects managed at or above the planned profit margins
• Supervised the successful first-of-a-kind (FOAK) iASCA project on once-through steam generators (Davis Besse)
• Delivered all projects managed with no personnel safety issues or significant equipment issues
• Supported emergent scopes of work based on discovery of foreign material (FM) during refueling outages

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform secondary-side SG Foreign Object Search and Retrieval (FOSAR) inspections and retrievals
• Maintain and prepare FOSAR inspection equipment between outages
• Serve as shift lead for field inspection crews during customer refueling outages
• Train and on-board new technicians in the fundamentals of FOSAR

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and provide optimal preventive maintenance strategies to utilities in the commercial nuclear industry
• Identify critical spare parts to increase equipment reliability and stocking efficiency
• Review deliverables regarding valve maintenance recommendations and part equivalencies
• Interface with customers, on-board new employees, track and report project progress
• Classify nuclear component criticality based on AP-913 guidelines

• Technical electives in Nuclear Fuels, Nuclear Materials, and Nuclear Threat Analysis
• Capstone Project: Collaborated with Three Mile Island NGS and Exelon Corporation (Constellation) to develop a tool aimed at expediting the steam generator nozzle dam installation process
