Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Managed multiple overlapping Steam Generator Secondary-Side Services (SGSS) projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with project goals
  • Manage the overall product delivery between Westinghouse SGSS and Westinghouse Primary SG Services projects during a customer refueling outage
  • Provided input to project offer letters, defining project durations, staffing requirements, and equipment needs for SGSS to optimize project planning
  • On-board new SGSS personnel in regards to typical project scope and financial expectations
  • Construct and approve field service procedures and equipment maintenance procedures for SGSS

Key Achievements:

  • Managed SGSS projects for the first two AP-1000 nuclear plant refueling outages in the U.S. (Vogtle 3 U3R01 and Vogtle 4 U4R01) and completed the projects with lower than expected costs
  • Managed multiple outages in a season with no personnel safety issues or significant equipment issues
  • Delivered all projects managed at or above the planned profit margins
  • Elevated to the role of product manager for Westinghouse SG Secondary and Primary Services at Palo Verde (2025-26)
