I started my working career as a Dishwasher at the age of 15 and when I was 17 I started living on my own during my last year of High School. My drive to succeed is for my family and to continuously build a better life for myself. I have a passion for everything that I do, and am hungry for knowledge. My management style is creating a team atmosphere where everyone trusts each other and holds each other accountable. My job as a manager or my job as a new employee, is to have as much knowledge and learn what I can. Other than that, I'm a very easy going person who like to keep things light, make jokes, and have good conversations.
