Accomplishments

  • Served as a SMART Local60 representative on NJ Transits Peer Review Team(PRT) for their Confidential Close Call Reporting System (C3RS). As a member of the PRT, we reviewed all C3RS reports to determine if they were accepted by the program or not. If accepted we would work on the cases to determine where things went wrong and why. After the “why” was determined we would recommend corrective actions to the carrier to deter future incidents.
