Frontida LLC’s (www.frontidasafetyllc.com) mission is to provide customers with resources and tools to help them ensure all employees go home safe to their families every day. We show employees that their employer cares by providing a safe work place, as well as expecting safe behavior, result is safe culture and more sustainable business.

• Frontida, LLC supports three sites in Kentucky and Alabama. They are distribution sites for construction materials and lumber, as well as, plastic manufacturing site. Our focus is to improve performance of these sites by providing compliance assessments, performance tracking, training, safety meetings, procedure and policy development, and audits.
  
• Additionally, we support environmental activities regarding air, waste, and water permits.

• Worked to reduce OSHA Incident Rate for site: OSHA Rate Trends – 2014 to 2017: 1.55 to 0.64
• Led site to Achieved Zero Incidents in multiple departments
• Managed and participated in PSM required hazard reviews (Wacker Analysis)
• Managed site master list of action items resulted from audits and hazard reviews and events
• Led site by training management team on Sustainability, Global SDGs
• Led brainstorming session for determining site goals and projects
• Responsible for leading Facility Siting Efforts
• Implemented revamp of Lockout Tagout process including isolation point database used for procedure creation and revisions
• Led cross functional team to dedicated four full days to for all employees to attend “Safety University”
• Responsible for ensuring our site is ready for all EHS related audits (ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, Global Safety, Global Environmental, Regulatory Agencies)
• Implemented new incident management system for our site (SPIRIT)
• Led or facilitated routine discussions with our union officials to ensure alignment on safety issues as well as selecting best safety suggestions for month, quarter, and year
